Our mission at French’s Cabinet Gallery LLC is to provide the most beautiful kitchen and bath designs and cabinetry in our market area and provide them at a competitive price.
French’s Cabinet Gallery LLC was the proud recipient of the 2018 BBB Torch Award for Ethics.
The award is given to companies that demonstrate best practices, leadership, social responsibility and high standards of organizational ethics that benefit their customers, employees, suppliers and communities.
It embodies the Better Business Bureau mission of advancing trust in the marketplace.
We strive to offer the highest value possible while taking into consideration the customer’s budget.
Along with providing beautiful cabinetry we aim for a highly satisfying customer experience. Cabinetry is not something most customers purchase often. Therefore, they may have little experience or knowledge of the cabinet buying process. We believe in spending time educating our customers, so they understand cabinet construction, choices, options and associated cost of those options. When the design is complete, we have a detailed order process that allows our customers to know exactly what they are purchasing so they know what to expect at delivery and installation. This process facilitates our goal of a happy customer and insures the end product aligns with the customer’s vision.
We seek to provide the highest level of customer service by staying hands-on with the customer through initial design process, ordering, delivery, installation and final walk through making sure the customer is satisfied with the completed product. Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations and to serve with the highest level of integrity.
Since French’s Cabinet Gallery LLC is concerned with protecting our environment, we only sell products manufactured by companies who share our concern and follow environmentally sound “green” manufacturing practices.
